Garrett and Rene were awesome! I was given an estimated arrival time and they came right on time. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and honest. Garrett explained everything that they would be doing. Everything was a mess. I kept apologizing to them. It had been a very stressful day! Rene assured us that it was okay! SERVPRO is very blessed to have Garrett and Rene represent them! I hope we won't need these services again, but if we do we will for sure be calling SERVPRO! :)

The SERVPRO team led by Jeremy responded quickly and professionally to check extent of wet dry wall from water leak in unit above me and begin drying. Equipment that stopped working on day 1 was fixed as quickly as possible after I discovered it. Three days later Patrick arrived as scheduled to confirm drying complete and removed fans and dehumidifiers. Great service!
